Hi! I’m Halyna, the baker behind Squirrel Bakery. This cottage bakery grew from a love of sharing food, keeping traditions alive, and meeting wonderful people around the table.
I make each bake in small batches and sell directly to our neighbors through weekly pickups, local farmers markets, and special orders.
